We also offer a modular solution which in addition to payroll includes features such as an integrated HRIS (human resource information system) and other options including scheduling, timekeeping, labour distribution, and other features. This is a secure multi use system with a fully integrated database providing the option of selecting one or more modules to meet specific requirements, and expanding capabilities if and when needed.
The HRIS module provides for tracking and managing of employee compensation, employee incidents, benefit entitlements and costs, employment equity, performance reviews and other features.
